When the old story no longer fits.

This is a grounded, non-clinical, non-hierarchical space to slow down enough for listening. A place where the body can settle, attention can widen, and meaning can begin to organize itself from within. These sessions offer room for experience to be digested rather than managed.
I sit with people during threshold moments —
Times when identity, direction, big life questions and orientation are quietly shifting, and the old ways of relating to life no longer fit. These are moments when something true is trying to emerge, but the weight of old stories, fear, confusion or urgency can make it hard to hear.
My way of working is shaped by curiosity, lived experience, deep listening, watchfulness and a deep respect for what is already present. Drawing from a wide, multi-cultural lens for meaning-making, I help old stories rest so that something more honest and alive can take shape. From there, a clearer inner compass often reveals itself. I often use Gene Keys and Human Design as a way to fine tune our process together as well.
This work is relational, embodied, and attentive — a way of being alongside you as experience settles and your relationship to life finds new ground.
Integration is the transition made livable. There was a time when transitions were not faced alone, but held as sacred passages — moments of ripening that required care and witness. In that spirit, this work offers a place to commune, to be supported as something new unfurls, and to let what is emerging find its wings.
How We Meet
90-Minute Spiritual Orientation & Discernment Call
Investment: $300
A first meeting for orientation, resonance, and mutual fit.
This call is the required entry point for working together. It’s designed for moments of transition, intensity, or inner reorganization — when something is shifting and you’re seeking a grounded place to make sense of what’s unfolding.
The purpose of this conversation is twofold:
to offer immediate orientation and relief through being met in what you’re experiencing, and to discern — together — whether ongoing integration work feels aligned and supportive.
Rather than rushing toward answers or solutions, we slow things down enough to listen. Often, this alone brings a sense of steadiness and reassurance — a reminder that you are not alone or lost inside what you’re navigating.
-
how your body is responding to stress, fear, or change
patterns or themes that feel active or repeating
shifts in identity, direction, or meaning
what helps restore inner trust and orientation
-
a felt sense of orientation and relief
a clearer understanding of what is being asked of you right now
insight into whether deeper integration support feels appropriate
This call also allows us to sense whether a 4–6 week integration container feels like the right next step. If it does, we’ll speak about options. If not, the call still serves as a meaningful point of clarity and grounding.
This call is not a commitment — it is a threshold conversation. Any ongoing work is entered into slowly, with mutual consent.
A 4-Week & 6 Week Integration Container
Investment: $1200 + $1500 USD
For those who feel a quiet yes to continue, this is a short, contained period of working together . It is a place to stay with what has already begun, and to let it settle more fully into lived life. Rather than pushing toward resolution, this work creates enough steadiness and continuity for experience to ripen — for insight to become orienting, and for meaning to organize in a way that can actually be lived.
-
transitions following medical or therapeutic processes
the aftermath of intense or destabilizing life experiences
spiritual or existential questioning
preparation for, or integration after, ceremonial, retreat, or initiatory experiences
rebuilding trust with the body, the self, and life itself
-
4 weekly sessions (75 minutes each)
Text/voice message weekly check-ins

-

strengthening trust in your own timing, perception, and authority
This is a contained, time-bound offering, designed to support real integration without urgency or dependency. It is not open-ended therapy, but a focused period of accompaniment through a particular threshold. Extending our time together is always an option.
Ongoing Support (By Invitation)
Occasionally, it becomes clear that more time would be supportive. When this happens, extended work is entered into by mutual agreement. This tends to be best for those who are still re-rooting, exploring, and could use the extra navigational support. The doors are always open, and the invitation is here.
Preparation & Integration
While my primary focus is integration, I also support preparation for individuals entering meaningful transitions, ceremonies, retreats, or inner work.
Preparation work emphasizes:
grounding | nervous system readiness | intention clarity | relational self-awareness
Integration remains the core of my practice.
Kind expressions
“In the end, what we fear will not go away, for it indicates what we must go through…
Often our deepest fear is that we might become who we are intended to be…”
